Welcome to yoga & welcome to FocusOm! Beginner and basic level classes are offered on a daily basis, so it’s always a good time to learn. If you’re brand new to yoga, we encourage you to try our Yoga Level 1. This class is designed to cover the basics, and is perfect for new students. If you’re looking for more of a challenge and don’t mind a bit of a learning curve, try Yoga Level 2. - Get to class early
- Eat light or low acid foods before coming to class
- Drink plenty of water before and after class
- Wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict your movement
- Take your shoes off
- Let your instructor know if this is your first class
- Turn your phone off
- Don’t forget to breathe

Yoga Level 2 or 3 is for you!
I have mobility issues, and getting up and down from the floor is difficult. Which class should I take?
Chair Yoga is your class. We use chairs and props to make yoga poses more accessible for you.
I’ve done some yoga, but it’s been a long time since I’ve done much excercise. Which class would you reccomend?
Get back in the saddle with Yoga Level 1.
Coming to a Yoga Level 1 is a good way to become familiar with the poses. If you don’t mind a little learning curve, and want a more challenging workout, Yoga Level 2 might be a good fit.
Join us in Yoga Level 1/2, 2 or even Yoga Level 2/3 if you’re feeling strong!
