Antionia (Toni) Wang, 200-RYT

Toni discovered yoga in 2004 while living in the San Francisco, Bay Area and has been practicing ever since. She completed her Yoga Teacher Training in June 2016 as her 40th birthday gift to herself. Delving deeper into the practice she loves and sharing it with others brings her joy in this new chapter of her life.

Drawing from traditional Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Yin yoga, as well as a cemented home practice, Toni’s classes are an exploration of alignment, right effort and lightness. Each pose is a journey of the body and the mind. She encourages students to adapt their practice and honor their bodies through the use of props and modifications. Toni’s experience with Modern Dance influences her quest for grace in movement and sequencing. Music, mini-meditations and breathing exercises complement her classes.

Toni has a background in Marketing Communications, Project Management and Education. She holds degrees in Eco-Tourism and Project Planning and Evaluation. She is a Graduate of Prairie Yoga’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is bilingual in English and Spanish.
